I appreciate it, most people argue with me or revert my edits, or delete my comments if I try to make a change to racial or ethnic demographic information, even though I use the same information the US Census uses. Some of the names are more or less the same (such as Native American, or the US Census says "American Indian or Alaska Native", I don't change demographic information like that, because while I disagree with the usage of the term Native American, it is what is considered politically correct. Substituting European for White is just plain in accurate. My ancestry itself comes from Europe, the Middle East, and North America. The only thing I am that is not White is American Indian. Anyways, just glad you appreciate it. Oh yeah, I thought I would tell you, if someone deletes your comments, then that is considered vandalism, though people always do it to me.Iamanadam (talk) 03:41, 20 November 2007 (UTC)

I moved this discussion here, to your talk page, because it's moved beyond Anderson. It's hard to steer a straight course through the waters of political correctness, that's for sure. I prefer plain speech as well. The one thing that I would recommend is that the first time you make a change like that, use an edit summary like "changing to census terminology" or something, and perhaps only go to the talk page if you get reverted. Hello, I noticed you added Mc Clellanville to the list of SC Cites. By the article McClellanville, South Carolina it is considered a town and is already listed on List of towns in South Carolina.

I just saw your note on my user talk page - I made the municipality lists several years ago, using census data and the definitions they provided for each place. Since it's been so long since I did made the pages, I'm not sure of the exact file I used, but it was probably something like [1], which lists both towns and cities for Georgia.
