IAMSOUND Records is a Los Angeles-based independent record label. Started as a part of Worlds End Management, one of the largest producer management companies in America, the label had its first release come in 2006 with The Bishops.
Its current roster includes Cut Off Your Hands, The Black Ghosts (the new band from Simon Lord of Simian and DJ Touche of The Wiseguys), Sunny Day Sets Fire and Get Shakes. The label has primarily signed acts outside of America and brought them over to America; one of the most successful examples so far is Cut Off Your Hands.
The label also releases a series of vinyl and digital one-off singles through a "singles club [disambiguation needed]," although not in the same subscription-only singles club sense that Sub Pop Records used to have. Its first singles release was with Nico Vega (now signed to Myspace Records) in late August of 2007.
