Talk:I Wonder as I Wander

Touching. Not very encyclopedic, but direct from the heart one imagines. --Wetman 03:39, 5 September 2005 (UTC)
- The setting by Luciano Berio is my favorite. Gorgeous. It's a strange tune, G minor but insisting on ending on C. Antandrus (talk) 03:41, 5 September 2005 (UTC)

- As Luciano Berio was born in 1935 this might be a copyvio. Please verify the source of this version to determine the copyright status before moving--Birgitte§β ʈ Talk 22:31, 26 January 2006 (UTC)
Please can someone correct the description of the Carl Rutti version of this carol? It's actually a new setting, rather than an arrangement of an existing tune. --Yip1982 19:30, 9 April 2007 (GMT + 8)
I just made an edit and thought I should explain. I think it's important to distinguish that John Jacob Niles only claimed to have composed this piece. It's hard to judge, but I have seen a version of "Black is the color of my true love's hair" that was published before he claimed to have written it. There is enough doubt regarding his compositional claims that they should not be given the status of fact here. --DavidANewman 04:09, 22 August 2007 (UTC)
