I Virtuosi delle Muse is an Italian early music ensemble established in Cremona in 2002 by Stefano Molardi with the intent of interpreting and recording the vocal-instrumental Italian and German repertoire of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries using period instruments and by examining the stylistic aspects of antique execution practices.
I Virtuosi delle Muse has toured festivals of early music (such as Musica e Poesia in S. Maurizio di Milano, Monteverdi Festival in Cremona) and important venues in Europe (Teatro Calderon de Valladolid, Teatro Comunale di Ferrara).
Since 2005 I Virtuosi delle Muse have exclusively recorded for Divox.
