I Love My Family (Chinese: 我爱我家; Pinyin: Wǒ Ài Wǒ Jiā) is the first situation comedy or sitcom in mainland China. Its key producers are Ying Da, Wang Shuo and Liang Zuo, and it was produced by Beijing Red Green Blue TV and Commercials Center. It is also the first sitcom using Mandarin as the language in the world. It is regarded as "milestone of Chinese TV comedy", and its director, Ying Da, is acclaimed as the "godfather of Chinese sitcom", and "China's Norman Lear" by foreigners.
