"I Learned from the Best" is a 2000 single from American R&B/Pop singer Whitney Houston; the fourth and final single from Houston's 1998 album My Love Is Your Love. The song was written by noted songwriter Diane Warren. Unlike the previous three singles from the album, "I Learned from the Best" failed to crack the top 20 on Billboard's Hot 100 Singles Chart or the top ten on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. A dance remix of the single, however, did top the U.S. dance chart in February of 2000 and stayed at number one for three weeks. Houston gained another Top 20 hit on the UK singles chart with the song, where it peaked at number 19.
