I Have Returned is an album by Ray Stevens. It was released in 1985. The pictures on both the front and the back of the album were taken in the Mississippi Sound near Biloxi, Mississippi. The cover, which isn't shown here, has Ray dressed as General MacArthur with a crew of military men behind him. The album title was the General's famous phrase "I have returned" when he walked in the water toward the shores. The back of the cover shows a picture of Ray, still in MacArthur garb, on a beach populated by sun-bathers and other people.
