"I Got You" is a 1980 song by New Zealand art rock group Split Enz from their studio album True Colours. Split Enz's most successful song ever, "I Got You" was written by Neil Finn and released as a single in January 1980, topping both New Zealand and Australia's charts at #1, and reached #12 in the United Kingdom, #13 in Canada[citation needed], and #53 in the United States.[1]
