[edit] Carole King version

The original version of this song by Carole King was a U.S. number-one hit in 1971 and is on the RIAA "Songs of the Century" list, but it's given nothing more than a passing mention here. The article needs to be expanded to include information (and an infobox) on her version, which is definitely more notable than Martika's. Extraordinary Machine 16:59, 13 February 2007 (UTC)

I've done the expansion (although not an infobox). One more Wikipedia embarrassment averted. Wasted Time R 18:28, 15 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Mandy Moore bias

The section about Mandy Moore reads kind of sarcastic. I know we can't compare Mandy Moore to Carole King (or even Martika), but let's at least try to be objective. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.120.103.127 (talk) 08:09, 14 April 2008 (UTC)
