"I Don't Know What It Is" is a song written and performed by Canadian-American singer Rufus Wainwright. It was his first single and was released off the album Want One on July 26, 2004.
In addition to the UK and Japanese versions of Want One, the songs also appears on the bonus DVD that accommpanies Want Two (Rufus Wainwright: Live at the Fillmore), All I Want, and Want (a repackaged, double-album in the UK that contains Want One + Want Two).
