"I Don't Give" is a song written and sung by Avril Lavigne and produced by Lavigne and The Matrix. It is a B-side of "Complicated".

It was featured as an enhanced track on her debut album Let Go and on the 2003 American Wedding soundtrack and was released in the spring of 2004 (when the American Wedding movie was released to stores). The song is very similar to most of her songs, especially "Don't Tell Me". Avril is frustrated with her boyfriend and she says "I don't give a damn" when she breaks up with him since he has a bad attitude. This song has been rumored to be a "Part 1" for Avril's song "He Wasn't". It was said in four teen magazines that "He Wasn't" is what she said after the song "I Don't Give".
