I Concur are a Alternative Rock band from Leeds, UK. They formed in 2006.[1] Their first gig at The Packhorse, Leeds, took place in January 2007 and the subsequent May the band released their debut EP ‘Whatever it’s going to be’.
Following a support with The Hold Steady[2], I Concur were added to indie label Dance To The Radio’s various artists compilation ‘Out of the Woods and Trees’. [3]
On 10th March 2008, the band released a limited 7" single ‘Lucky Jack/Build Around Me’ through Brew Records which was played by Huw Stephens on BBC Radio One.[4] Following positive reviews [5] and coverage in the NME[6] they were invited to recorded a session for his show at Maida Vale studios which aired in April ‘08.[7]
