I Choose Noise is the third studio album by British progressive breakbeat band Hybrid. It was released in the UK on September 4, 2006 and in the United States on October 10th, 2006. I Choose Noise was created with the collaboration of Harry Gregson-Williams. The album was going to contain a bonus disc featuring Hybrid's live show at God's Global Gathering, but this was pulled due to time constraints and may get a separate release at a later date.
The album included recorded symphonic sequences of the Seattle Session Orchestra.[1]
Like their previous album Morning Sci-Fi this album features a hidden track, "Everything Is Brand New" which can be heard by rewinding about 3 minutes from the beginning of the CD.

[edit] Trivia
- An EP, entitled I Choose Noise EP, was released two months before the album's release.
- Due to popular demand, I Choose Noise was released on 12' vinyls. The I Choose Noise vinyls series consisted of 3 vinyls. Dogstar / I Choose Noise, Falling Down / Last Man Standing & Dreamstalker / Just For Today. By 15 December 2006, all three vinyls where released over Distinct'ive Records website.
- "Dogstar" was remixed by Satellite Party under the name: "Wish Upon A Dogstar"
- Dreamstalker was also remixed by Satellite Party. The track is called: "Kinky"
- Sleepwalking (another of Hybrid´s tracks) where originally intended to be on I Choose Noise, but was left out because Mike Truman & Chris Healings thought it didn't fit into the album, they also had some issues with the line of the poem being used in something else. As of now, Sleepwalking is 4 years old, have only been played in DJ sets, and has been released on Hybrid Remixed
- Last Man Standing & Until Tomorrow was remixed and released under the name: Last Man Standing / Until Tomorrow Remixes.
- "I Choose Noise" was remixed by Elite Force and has been released (along with a remix of "Sleepwalking") under the name: I Choose Noise / Sleepwalking Remixes
- The third track, although easily missed, is printed out as 'I Chose Noise' on all CD and vinyl artwork. Confusingly this is actually a typographical error, and the track name is 'I Choose Noise', the same as the album itself. This has been confirmed by Hybrid and Distinct'ive Records.[2]
- "Dream Stalker" features spoken words by famed movie director Tony Scott, which Hybrid & Harry Gregson-Williams composed the soundtrack for 3 of his films.
