It was featured as an enhanced track on her album Under My Skin and on the 2004 The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement soundtrack and was released in the summer of 2004 (when the The Princess Diaries 2 movie was released to stores).

The song has a punk rock influence, and has been played live on her Promotional Tour after the release of The Best Damn Thing in 2007 and also during "The Best Damn Tour" in 2008.
