There appear to be inaccuracies in this article. I will correct the references to Charlotte Carosh.

MARGARET McHUGH of the (NJ) Star-Ledger reported on September 08, 2006:

In a bizarre twist, Falcone temporarily suspended Hagen's privilege of overnight stays, but not be cause of anything Hagen did.

Siglag received a letter last month from a New York City woman claiming Carosh had taken advantage of her father, who has Parkinson's disease, while they dated. Siglag said he had no idea if the allegations were true, but said the staff was not comfortable having Hagen stay with Corash until the issue is resolved. The matter was referred to the Manhattan District Attorney's Office, Morris County Assistant Prosecutor Joseph D'O nofrio Jr. said.

Then on March 09, 2007 MARGARET McHUGH also reported:

"Her longtime friend, Charlotte Carosh, was deemed unsuitable to be her supervisor because she refused in December to tell Hagen it was she who had reported Hagen for not taking all her medicine, Siglag said.

Hagen believed her social worker had "snooped" around her house and found them, and that hurt her trust of the treatment team, Siglag said.

"That perception was never corrected by Charlotte," Siglag said.
