I'm in Love Again is a 1983 Album from Patti LaBelle and her debut on the new label PIL (Philadelphia International Records) after her depparture from Epic Records. Its original 1983 release was issued on vinyl LP records only. It got its first CD release on June 15, 1993.
I'm in Love Again is LaBelle's first solo album to be certified gold for shipments in excess of 500,000 copies in the United States and countains her first solo #1 R&B hit, "I'm in Love Again" as well as the R&B top 10 smash "Love, Need and Want You", which was years later introduced to a younger generation of pop music listeners as an evident sample on Nelly and Kelly Rowland's #1 pop hit "Dilemma".
