"I'm So Hood" is the second single off DJ Khaled's album We the Best. The song features T-Pain, Trick Daddy, Rick Ross, & Plies. Cameos are made by Trina, Busta Rhymes, Pitbull, Fat Joe, Brisco, Johnny Dang, Gunplay and Torch of Carol City Cartel, The Runners, and Birdman.
The music video also cuts into the beginning of Khaled's next single, "Brown Paper Bag" in which Young Jeezy does his verse and then the video ends.

The official remix of "I'm So Hood" includes T-Pain, Young Jeezy, Ludacris, Busta Rhymes, Big Boi, Lil Wayne, Fat Joe, Birdman and Rick Ross, with an extended version of the remix with Diddy, R. Kelly, Fabolous, Twista, Bonecrusher, and Pitbull, and an alternate version with Brisco and Flo Rida. DJ Khaled confirmed at the BET Hip Hop Awards that he was planning on shooting a video for the remix the day after the show. On Defsounds.com, he also confirmed that Swizz Beatz, KRS-One, Doug E. Fresh, Webbie, Foxx, E-40, The Game, Yung Joc, Diddy, Lil Jon, Diamond D, Cassidy, Bushwick Bill, Cam'ron, Yo Gotti, Jim Jones, Plies, Yung Berg, Joell Ortiz, Slim Thug, Freeway, Styles P, Freekey Zekey, Boyz n da Hood, DJ Drama, Project Pat, Too Short, Robert from Making the Band 4, Bonecrusher, Pitbull, Flo Rida, Haitian Fresh, and Juelz Santana will make cameos on the video for the remix. He also said the video will be directed by his longtime director Gil Green, Dayo & Ruch, and Hype Williams. The video was released on November 13, 2007 during BET's 106 and Park.
T-Pain has also created his own freestyle remix with Tay Dizm. T-Pain freestyles on the first verse, Tay Dizm follows on the second and Trick Daddy's verse from the original is on the end.
Former Terror Squad member, Cuban Link recently remixed his own freestyle of the song, titling it "You're Not Hood" as a diss track to Fat Joe and DJ Khaled.

- The name "I'm So Hood" is the name of a hoodie company that participated in the 2008 Loyola High School (Montreal) Student Stock Exchange competition in 2008.[1]
