"I'm Not the Man I Used to Be" is the third single from Fine Young Cannibals' hit 1988 album The Raw and the Cooked, which contained the Top 10 UK hits "She Drives Me Crazy" and "Good Thing". This song reached the UK Top 20, peaking at #20. It was followed by the low-charting "I'm Not Satisfied", which only made it to #46 in the UK and "It's O.K.", which did not chart.
