I-many Inc. is a contract and transaction compliance solutions provider that supplies data and analysis. It offers enterprise resource planning software packages in its business to business offerings. It has a particularly strong presence in the pharmaceutical industry, though it has projects with customers in many other industries.
The company was founded in 1989 and its headquarters are in Edison, New Jersey.
