ICOM (Information and Communications) is a Canadian-based company established in 1984 that collects consumer information about lifestyles, hobbies, interests, demographics, and purchasing habits. This information is used to create strategic marketing programs for companies such as Unilever, Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Nestle, Reader's Digest, and General Motors.
