I-Agent.com is a website owned and operated by I-Agent LLC. The company is real estate service based. The website is an information source for the services provided by the company including but not limited to: home buying, home selling, home rental, real estate consulting, marketing, and affiliated business referral. The website also has interactive tools to use by current and potential I-Agent.com customers. I-Agent.com is based in Fairfax, Virginia and was the first online real estate based brokerage in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area.(July 2007).[1]

I-Agent Realty Inc. is the managing brokerage for I-Agent.com and its employed Realtors and agents. The first real estate license granted the corporation was issued by the state of Virginia(License Number 0226 018564).[2]

The brokerage was incorporated under the articles of incorporation for the state of Virginia in 2006. I-Agent Realty Inc. remains in good standing as of July 13, 2007.[3]

The brokerage is currently licensed (or licensing with all requirements met) in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. [4][5]

I-Agent Realty Inc. is a current member of the Better Business Bureau and the BBB file was opened on March 12, 2007.[6]
