Hywel is a well known personality in Wales and has his own entry in the Welsh language Wikipedia (see the link from the English article). I suggest Welsh Wikipedians should be given the chance to expand on this article, including perhaps translating the Welsh page. Wikipete 16:10, 28 April 2007 (UTC)
