Hywel Dda NHS Trust

The Hywel Dda NHS Trust (Welsh: Ymddiriedolaeth GIG Hywel Dda) is an NHS Trust in Wales which became operational on 1 April 2008[1] replacing Carmarthenshire NHS Trust, Ceredigion & Mid Wales NHS Trust and Pembrokeshire & Derwen NHS Trust.[2] The trust is named in honour of historic south west Wales king Hywel Dda. The present interim Chief Executive is Martin Turner.
