Hypsiboas pellucens is a species of frog in the Hylidae family. It is found in Colombia and Ecuador. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, swamps, freshwater marshes, rural gardens, urban areas, heavily degraded former forest, and ponds.
