Hypsiboas bischoffi is a species of frog in the Hylidae family. It is endemic to Brazil. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, rivers, freshwater lakes, freshwater marshes, and plantations . It is threatened by habitat loss.
