Hypsiboas andinus is a species of frog in the Hylidae family. It is found in Argentina and Bolivia. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland, rivers, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marches, and canals and ditches.
