Hypseleotris is a genus of fish in the Eleotridae family. It contains the following species:
- Golden gudgeon (Hypseleotris aurea)
- Hypseleotris barrawayi[1]
- Golden sleeper (Hypseleotris dayi)
- Slender gudgeon (Hypseleotris ejuncida)
- Barnett River gudgeon (Hypseleotris kimberleyensis)
- Prince Regent gudgeon (Hypseleotris regalis)
- Hypseleotris tohizonae
- Western carp gudgeon
