Hypobicarbonatemia

Hypobicarbonatemia is an electrolyte disturbance in which there is an abnormally depleted level of bicarbonate in the blood.

The case of hypobicarbonatemia is extremely rare, with only one documented case of it due to massive saline infusion. [1]
