Hyperolius spinigularis is a species of frog in the Hyperoliidae family. It is found in Malawi, Tanzania, and possibly Mozambique. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, swamps, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marches, arable land, pastureland, rural gardens, heavily degraded former forest, water storage areas, and ponds.
