Hyperolius kuligae is a species of frog in the Hyperoliidae family. It is found in Cameroon, Gabon, Uganda, possibly Central African Republic, possibly Republic of the Congo, possibly Democratic Republic of the Congo, possibly Equatorial Guinea, and possibly Rwanda. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, moist savanna, subtropical or tropical moist shrubland, subtropical or tropical seasonally wet or flooded lowland grassland, swamps, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marches, heavily degraded former forest, ponds, and canals and ditches.
