Hyper Meat Performance is the only album by Masami Akita released under the alias 'True Romance'. The album is a 10" vinyl picture disc limited to 400 numbered copies. Side A is an extract from music made for performance at Contemporary Museum, Nice, France, 13 Nov 1992. Side B is an extract from music made for performance at Room 401 Literary Section, Nihon University, Ekoda, Tokyo, Japan, 3 Nov 1991 (The first True Romance performance). Recorded and mixed at ZSF Produkt studio during 1991-92.
