Hyo-sei

Hyo-sei (氷青 Hyōsei?), born April 21, 1973 in Chiba, Japan, is a seiyū who works for Ken Production. She was formerly credited as Kumiko Yokote (横手 久美子 Yokote Kumiko?), her real name.
