Hylomantis buckleyi is a species of frog in the Hylidae family. It is found in Colombia and Ecuador. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, and freshwater marshes. It is threatened by habitat loss.
