[edit] Biography

As crown prince, he seemed to be quite wise man who followed his father, Taejo in several battlefields. In 921, he was officially promoted to crown prince with guardian General Park Sul Hee. Taejo died remaining words that present crown prince would be the next ruler of the nation. From this, basic idea was established the eldest son would take the throne.

However, he did not have large political base which could support him. The second king of Goryeon seem not to have kept positive relations with regional nobles. Therefore, he did not achieve remarkable success on his residency at all. He started to lose his health and died just after 2 years of reign.
