Hydride vapour phase epitaxy

Hydride Vapour Phase Epitaxy or HVPE, is an epitaxial growth technique often employed to produce semiconductors such as GaN, GaAs, InP and their related compounds. Carrier gasses commonly used include Ammonia, Hydrogen and various chlorides.
