Hyderābād District pronunciation (Urdu: حیدر آباد), is a district of Sindh, Pakistan. It used to be an administrative division of the Sindh namely the Hyderabad Division, until the reforms of 2000 abolished the third tier of government. It's capital is the city of Hyderabad. The Kirthar National Park is located in Hyderabad district. According to the 1998 census of Pakistan. it had a population of 4,339,445 of which 50.07% were urban,[1] making it second-most urbanised district of Sindh.

Hyderabad District is administratively subdivided into the following talukhas:[2]
- City of Hyderabad
- Hirabad
- Hyderabad Old City
- Hyderabad rural
- Latifabad
- Qasimabad
The city of Hyderabad is where the district headquarters are located and the district government is seated. The current nazim is Kanwar Naweed Jamil and the naib nazim is Zafar Ali Rajput.
As of 2008, the district Hyderabad enabled its e-Governance platform to support people via the Internet and other new media platforms.
