Hyalinobatrachium crurifasciatum is a species of frog in the Centrolenidae family. It is found in Venezuela, possibly Brazil, and possibly Guyana. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, and rivers.
