[edit] Your edits to Blackfoot

Hi User:Hwa2394! I noticed you made a series of three edits to Blackfoot. Please do not sign edits you make in the article space, but please do sign your edits to Wikipedia:talk pages. Also, keep in mind that in Wikipedia verifiability of sources is important. When looking to edit an article make sure you include the source in the 'Notes and references' section. (In Blackfoot, the section is actually called footnotes.) If you don't know how to do that, look at some of the resouces I referred to you in the 'Welcome!' note above. This will allow you to defend you contributions if a disputes arise.

Having said that, let me ask you a few questions about your edits to Blackfoot. How do you know what the roles of men and women are in Blackfoot culture? Do you think the Blackfoot live in teepees today? How do you know that Blackfoot men are still hunters and warriors in today's world? Are you really talking about historical information not applicable to the culture of the Blackfoot today? Until you can cite a source for your contributions, or put them in the appropriate context, I'm reverting your edits to the article. If you would like to talk about this, just leave a message on my talk page. -- Ltvine | Talk 18:19, 17 October 2007 (UTC)
