Hwang Jung-Oh (born April 1, 1958) is a retired judoka from South Korea, who represented his native country at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, California. There he won the silver medal in the men's half-lightweight division (– 65 kg), after having being defeated by Japan's Yoshiyuki Matsuoka in the final.
