Huw Waters (born September 26, 1986 in Cardiff) is a Welsh cricketer. He is a right-handed batsman and a right-arm fast medium pace bowler who plays for Glamorgan.
He started playing for Glamorgan in 2005 and was named in England's tour of Bangladesh, but had to withdraw his place because of an injury to his wrist. He has since been able to return to the squad thanks to the subsequent withdrawal of Richard Jones from the team. Glamorgan and England have high hopes for the man dubbed "The next Simon Jones" for his ability to reverse swing the ball at good pace.
He attended Monmouth School in South Wales for Sixth Form, and was ever-present in the School 1st XI cricket team.
