Added, although I am admittedly a novice Arabic speaker. The spelling I posted is phonetically correct, but depending on the exact pronounciation, the actual correct spelling could be "حوصبة" or perhaps "حوسبة."

A "phonetically correct" spelling is not enough; the city has a single official spelling of its name. The spelling you provided, حوصابة, gets 0 google hits. I'm commenting it out as unsourced. --tyomitch 14:50, 10 September 2006 (UTC)
