Hussar is a village in southern Alberta, Canada. It is located 93 km east of Calgary on Trans-Canada Highway and 55 km south of Drumheller along Highway 56.

In 2006, Hussar had a population of 187 living in 84 dwellings, a 3.3% increase from 2001. The village has a land area of 1.05 km² (0.4 sq mi) and a population density of 178.3 inhabitants per square kilometer.[1]
