[edit] Constitution of the Russian Federation
Hi, welcome to Wikipedia. I've put a template with useful links above, but maybe it's unnecessary as you seem to be a quick study :) As for the constitution of Russia, the quality is similar to that of most other countries in which English is not an official language. For example, the constitution of France of the constitution of Italy are not much better. Apparently, we don't have editors with enough specialized knowledge to write about it.
