[edit] Color-coding

Why are you changing all the color-coding for the SHB boxes?

FYI, the table for the colors are here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Superherobox. (ie, Grey does not go for DC characters, purple does). --DrBat 18:30, 24 June 2006 (UTC)

Why did you had the Superhero box to the Waverider article? you do realize there is a Waverider (comics) article don't you?--Wakefencer 03:52, 13 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] August 14

Once again: stop changing SHBs' color-coding. There's a table to follow as told before. Please do not remove content from Wikipedia. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. —Lesfer (talk/@) 19:03, 14 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Delinking "Best Of Da Web Forums"

Hi HungryJacks, I've just delinked p4.forumforfree.com from your user page. I'm sorry but we're dealing with a very persistent vandal on Wikipedia who keeps on spamming links to p4.forumforfree.com (from 500 different sockpuppet accounts so far) and I'm afraid we have no real choice but to blacklist linking to that the domain on Wikipedia. I hope you understand our situation. Thanks,  Netsnipe  (Talk)  15:56, 18 August 2006 (UTC)

Reverted - we're probably not going ahead with blacklisting after all. --  Netsnipe  (Talk)  16:05, 18 August 2006 (UTC)

OK, if you semi-protect again, with no reason, I'll take it as vandalism and block you, thanks, jimfbleak 19:51, 8 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Newcastle High School Page

I note that you have also reverted the edits I made, again without explanation. I'm supposed to assume good faith, but I'm having doubts about your motives, especially in the light of the comments above. jimfbleak 19:55, 8 December 2006 (UTC)

l also noted the the Vandalism protocol was acidentally copied and pasted when copying the original sandbox of another page, which l am oh so very sorry about. l'll really have to try better next time. - HungryJacks

It is unacceptable to discourage others from editing, so I've deleted your offensive message on the school page. Anyone can edit any page. jimfbleak 07:25, 11 December 2006 (UTC)

l'm real sorry about that as well.Though l have to ask you, what makes you a source of creditable information if you dont evan live in the same country as the subject that we are talking about?- - HungryJacks

[edit] Orphaned fair use image (Image:Amosfortune-JLA06.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:Amosfortune-JLA06.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 04:15, 12 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Disputed fair use rationale for Image:GoldenGlider-Flash250.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:GoldenGlider-Flash250.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 18:52, 2 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Image copyright problem with Image:Newlogo.gif

Image Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading Image:Newlogo.gif. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. Jusjih (talk) 04:11, 6 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Pistolera.jpg

Thank you for uploading Image:Pistolera.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this image under "fair use" may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the image description page and add or clarify the reason why the image qualifies for fair use. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a fair use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for images used under the fair use policy require both a copyright tag and a fair use rationale.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it might be deleted by adminstrator within a few days in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 14:58, 8 March 2008 (UTC)
