Is the Huntsville in Butler County incorporated as a village? If it is, then Huntsville, Ohio should disambiguate between the two, as arguably neither village is the primary topic for disambiguation. If not, then this village should remain the primary topic for disambiguation, as its status as an incorporated village makes it the primary topic.
