[edit] Unsourced claim
We need a source, please, for sabs acting against food hunts. If these are ritual hunts for animals which can be eaten (hare coursing, deer hunting) then they are still blood sports. Have sabs ever attempted to disrupt subsistence hunting? - Just zis Guy, you know? [T]/[C] AfD? 21:44, 28 December 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Suggesting Merger
I recently created an article on the Hunt Sab Association. Perhaps this stub ought to be merged? If we decide against it, I'll work to expand this article, though I'm a bit skeptical on being able to add much information.--C.lettinga 07:11, 12 December 2006 (UTC)
- Hmmmmm.... I'd rather lean towards merging HSA into this article. In Germany for example, most hunting sabotage is done by "freelancers" and local groups independent of the HSA. See eg de:Hochsitz#Hochsitze_und_Jagdgegner. But do as you please, I cannot see an expansion of the topic beyond the scope of the HSA comunig up soon. Dysmorodrepanis 19:29, 18 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Fixed Biased opening
Fixed a highly biased opening statement that talked about 'disrupting the legal activities of a fellow citizen' or something to that effect. --Agent of the Reds 23:44, 13 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] In US
I have found a case of this going on in the US in which some of these attempted to disrupt a legal deer season hunt, only that one or two of these idiots were actually mistaken for deer and shot through the head by a hunter. I can't find any further information. 65.163.115.254 (talk) 20:48, 25 May 2008 (UTC)
