Huntleigh is a high income and affluent suburb in west St. Louis County, Missouri, United States. The population was 323 at the 2000 census.

Huntleigh is located at 38°36′58″N, 90°24′39″W (38.615983, -90.410718)[3].

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.0 square miles (2.6 km²), all of it land.

As of the census[1] of 2000, there were 323 people, 122 households, and 103 families residing in the city. The population density was 324.4 people per square mile (124.7/km²). There were 135 housing units at an average density of 135.6/sq mi (52.1/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 99.07% White, and 0.93% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.86% of the population.

There were 122 households out of which 26.2% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 78.7% were married couples living together, 3.3% had a female householder with no husband present, and 14.8% were non-families. 14.8% of all households were made up of individuals and 9.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.65 and the average family size was 2.88.

In the city the population was spread out with 22.3% under the age of 18, 4.3% from 18 to 24, 17.0% from 25 to 44, 28.5% from 45 to 64, and 27.9% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 49 years. For every 100 females there were 103.1 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 96.1 males.

The median income for a household in the city was in excess of $200,000, as is the median income for a family. Males had a median income of over $100,000 versus $15,833 for females. The per capita income for the city was $104,420. 1.3% of the population and 2.2% of families were below the poverty line. none are those under the age of 18 and none of those 65 and older were living below the poverty line.
