"Police arrested two individuals in connection to this assassination attempt. Ironically, both of them are members of the Awami League, which was outspoken in its criticism of Islamists for such an act."

--- The insidious implication that Awami League is somehow related to the assassination attempt is hard to ignore. Sure, they were arrested by the police under the BNP givernment, but were they proven guilty? Even if they were, were they instructed by the Awami League officials?
