Wonderful diagram although it has some problems which make it a technically poor anatomical diagram. Firstly a major anatomical convention is to show the human body facing forward with the hands by the sides (as shown here) only the palms should be facing forwards (thumbs outwards). The feet should be about half a foot apart not stood to attention. This fellow also looks a bit squat compared to what we'd normally see, perhaps worth checking his height to width ratio with that of a normally distributed western man to see if its right.
This diagram doesn't label a number of key parts. Generally in an anatomical diagram, if you show a seperation between bones it should be labelled. So here for example the bones of the skull are shown serperated but are not labelled e.g. the zygomatic and sphenoid. This even goes for holes in bones such as the infraorbital foramen and the nasal cavity. If your not going to label it I'd say don't show it, that ensures the diagram is as simple as you want it to be in order to show what you want.
I think its also worth making clear on the diagram itself or the text accompanying it whether its a woman or a man as there are bone structure differences. The only final quibble is aesthetic and thats the protrusion of this chaps ears from his head... quite extreme, perhaps worth giving him an otoplasty.
