Humpty Dumpty LSD is the second compilation album by American aternative rock band Butthole Surfers, released in July 2002. All songs were written by the Butthole Surfers.
The album was released on the band's own label, Latino Buggerveil. It offers a wide assortment of demos and unreleased studio tracks, recorded between 1982 and 1994. Most notably, it contains outtakes from the 1985 sessions for the Surfers' Rembrandt Pussyhorse studio album.
